ArtWorking Vending Machine LIVE at Madison Public Market!

It’s finally here! The ArtWorking Vending Machine is LIVE at the Madison Public Market starting Wednesday July 29th!

Our machine is going to sell art and products by ArtWorking artists just like our website and store! The machine has been living at ArtWorking for the last 6 months while we figured out how to build a vending machine industry- turns out it's pretty complicated, but after a lot of problem-solving and a paint makeover by Bri, it is finally ready to meet the public! 

This is a new frontier for us, and we are excited about how it will expand access to the wider Madison marketplace of local shoppers and visitors! Our goal is that every artist at ArtWorking will have chances to have things in the vending machine as time goes on.

Drop in and check out the machine at the market during their temporary hours!

Temporary Market Hours: Wed-Fri 5 pm- 10 pm, Sat 8 am- 11 pm, and Sun 8 am - 9 pm

The market will continue to add merchants and hours will be expanded as the year rolls on. Grand Opening Celebration date TBD!

Sip & Shop Holiday Art Market at Chazen Museam of Art- Thursday Dec 4th!

Join us at the Chazen on Thursday, December 4th, for the Sip & Shop Holiday Art Market! We will be in the atrium of the Chazen Museam of Art with all sorts of goodies! If you missed our Gallery Party, this is a perfect place to catch us before the holidays!

This will be our last non-business hours shopping opportunity this season! We will remain open 9-4 M-F until December 23rd, but if you are looking to shop ArtWorking outside of those hours this is your chance!

Join us in the studio on Friday for live music, art, snacks, and drinks! We will also be open all day on Saturday! This is our only weekend shopping day this year, so come by if you can! We are excited to invite the community to see all the new things we have been working on and celebrate another year of ArtWorking!

Register for Richard Berkholtz’s Craft Talk and Try It at Art Lit Lab on July 10th 4:30-6! Free pizza and ice cream included!

This is an awesome opportunity to hear Richard talk about his process and his life while getting a chance to try it yourself! Join in and try your hand at making a classic Richard “Faz Vaz” as you follow along with Richard. There will be a demo that participants can follow along with and a chance to ask questions and learn about what it is like to be a potter making work without using sight.
